Fr George Tutto's Reflections on the latest messageIn these present times we are experiencing great trials in our faith in view of the increasing attacks on the Church in several countries because of clerical misbehaviour. Satan is using the media and the secular forces to undermine the authority of the Holy Father and many bishops. Our Lady in her present message wants to help us to overcome these trials through a deep life of prayer. This is our weapon against Satan, as Our Lady stated in an early monthly message of 25th September 1987:
Dear Children, Today also I want to call you all to prayer. Let prayer be your life. Dear children, dedicate your time only to Jesus and He will give you everything that you are seeking. He will reveal Himself to you in fullness. Dear children, Satan is strong and is waiting to test each one of you. Pray, and that way he will neither be able to injure you nor block you on the way to holiness. Dear children, through prayer grow all the more toward God from day to day. Thank you for having responded to my call.To be a Christian in the present times needs great courage and fortitude, above all a clear awareness of Our Lady’s presence with us. She is leading us to be joyful Christians, to be extended hands of God towards unbelievers as she said in a beautiful message on 25th November 1997:
Dear Children, Today I invite you to comprehend your Christian vocation. Little children, I led and am leading you through this time of grace, that you may become conscious of your Christian vocation. Holy martyrs died witnessing: I am a Christian and love God over everything. Little children, today also I invite you to rejoice and be joyful Christians, responsible and conscious that God called you in a special way to be joyfully extended hands toward those who do not believe, and that through the example of your life, they may receive faith and love for God. Therefore, pray, pray, pray that your heart may open and be sensitive for the Word of God. Thank you for having responded to my call. All these years Our Lady has been teaching us how to grow in holiness of life in order to become witnesses for God in our sinful world. Holiness of life is a great gift of God for which we must pray with the heart as Our Lady said in an early message, on 25th September 1988:
Dear Children, today I am calling all of you without exception to the way of holiness in your life. God gave you the gift of holiness. Pray that you may more and more comprehend it and in that way, you will be able by your life to bear witness for God. Dear children, I am blessing you and I intercede for you to God so that your way and your witness may be a complete one and a joy for God. Thank you having responded to my call. As we are entering Holy Week, Our Lady wants us to come closer to our suffering Redeemer. She wants to assure us that she is with us in these difficult times, as she told Mirjana on 2nd of this month:
Dear Children, In this special time of your effort to be all the closer to my Son, to his suffering, but also to the love with which he bore it, I desire to tell you that I am with you. I will help you to triumph over errors and temptations with my grace. I will teach you love, love which wipes away all sins and makes you perfect, love which gives you the peace of my Son now and forever. Peace with you and in you, because I am the Queen of Peace. Thank you.WISHING YOU ALL THE JOY AND PEACE OF THE RISEN LORD JESUS!
